Who We Are

Roundtable Revival, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals through mentoring programs. Since its establishment in 2019, Roundtable Revival has been committed to helping individuals successfully reintegrate into society after incarceration.

The organization's mission is to provide a supportive network and resources for those reentering the community, ensuring a smooth transition, and reducing the risk of recidivism. By connecting individuals with trained mentors, Roundtable Revival offers a unique and empathetic support system.

Current Initiatives

Making a Difference

Mentorship Programs

Guiding the Way

The flagship program of Roundtable Revival is its mentoring program. Trained mentors are matched with mentees to provide guidance, support, and encouragement. Mentors draw from their personal experiences to help mentees navigate challenges related to employment, housing, education, and personal growth. This program fosters positive relationships, reduces isolation, and empowers individuals to make positive choices, leading to successful reentry.

Reentry Resources and Workshops

Empowering Through Knowledge

Roundtable Revival develops and provides a range of reentry resources and workshops tailored to the specific needs of formerly incarcerated individuals. These resources cover topics such as job readiness, financial literacy, mental health, substance abuse recovery, and legal rights. Through these workshops, participants gain valuable knowledge and skills necessary for successful community reintegration.

Advocacy and Awareness

Ending Stigma

Roundtable Revival engages in advocacy efforts to promote policy changes that facilitate successful reentry. They work with lawmakers, community leaders, and advocacy groups to address systemic barriers and promote fair and equitable policies for formerly incarcerated individuals. Additionally, the organization actively raises awareness in the community about the issues faced by this population, challenging stigmas and misconceptions, and fostering a more compassionate and understanding environment.

Community Partnerships

Strength in Unity

Roundtable Revival actively collaborates with community organizations, correctional facilities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance their impact and expand their reach. By forging partnerships, the organization can access additional resources, leverage expertise, and create a more comprehensive support network for participants. These collaborations also help raise awareness about the challenges faced by formerly incarcerated individuals and promote a more inclusive and supportive community environment.
